Bill brings more than three decades of hands-on leadership in Facilities Management, project delivery, and operational strategy across diverse sectors—including government, healthcare, higher education, corporate, retail, and non-profit environments.
Known for creating scalable systems that improve performance and align FM with organizational goals, Bill originally trained in Electronic Engineering Technology at Seneca College. That foundation continues to inform his structured, practical approach to planning and problem-solving.
He also holds certifications in Change Management (Prosci), Business Continuity (AMBCI), and Property & Building Administration, grounding his leadership in both technical knowledge and real-world execution.
Donald King
Senior Consultant, Safety, Emergency Response & Training

Donald brings extensive frontline and supervisory experience in safety, security, and emergency services. Early in his career, he served as a Military Police Officer with the Royal Canadian Air Force before moving into roles as an Ambulance Attendant and Professional Driver, building a strong foundation in emergency response and operations.
Over the years, Donald has held positions in security supervision, monitoring & dispatch, mobile patrol and facilities support, and has spent more than a decade as a CPR and First Aid Instructor and Evaluator with Saint John Ambulance and First Student Canada.
Known for his calm presence and practical approach, Donald has trained and mentored countless professionals in life safety, first response, and defensive driving—expertise he now brings to NelsonFM Solutions as a trusted senior consultant.
